系杆拱桥拱肋焊接工艺试验
摘要:针对系杆拱拱肋焊接工艺试验,研究了焊接试验材料及设备的选取,对拱肋焊接代表焊缝位置进行了对接焊缝、角焊缝和溶透焊缝试验,并从焊缝外观质量、无损检测和焊缝接头力学性能等方面进行质量控制,结果表明试验所采用的焊接工艺合理、工艺参数正确,焊接接头的力学性能全部满足设计要求。

Abstract: based on the bowstring arch bridge arch rib welding process tests, and the welding materials and equipment selection of test, arch rib representatives to the position of the welding welding the butt weld, Angle and soluble weld seam through test, and from a welding the appearance quality, nondestructive testing and weld joint mechanical properties and so on quality control, the results show that the experiment the reasonable welding technology, process parameters correctly, the mechanical properties of welding joint all meet the design requirements.

工程概况
宁波枢纽北环线新建工程镇海支线特大桥为1-96m 下承式钢管混凝土平行系杆拱桥,拱肋采用哑铃型钢管混凝土截面,截面高度3m ,沿等高程布置,钢管直径1m ,每榀拱肋的两钢管间采用腹板联接,上、下钢管为钢混组合结构,钢管内填充C55微膨砼。两拱肋间在拱顶设X 撑,拱顶至拱脚间设K 撑4道。本桥主拱、腹板及K 支撑釆用Q345qD 钢,设计板厚为:16mm 、14mm 、12mm ,其余采用Q235钢。
