私人小储柜使用规定（Private Locker Regulation）:
1. 请勿放贵重物品，如发生遗失，恕俱乐部无法负责。
Pieass look after your personal belongings,the club is not responsible for lost
or stolen itens.itis recommended thatyou store all your valuables in your locker.
2.
请在有效期截止前办理退租或续租手续，如过7天，俱乐部将清理收回该储物柜，扣除
全部押金作为占用费，并无法负责保管柜内物品。
Seven(7)days advance calendar notices(such notices to expire on the last day)is
required in writing to the Home Club administrator in the event of termination
of locker deposit.
3. 租用后，会员不得更改退换，如提前退租，仅退押金，不退租金。
Locker deposit is refundable
4. 禁止存放易燃易爆及非法物品。
No explosive or flammable materials allowed.
第一张 总则General agreement
第一条：本中心名称Club name (以下简称“本中心” 本中心地址：Address
第二条：本中心与会员均有义务遵守此协议，并可依据政府法律调整和行业规范变更等情况，对本协议进行修改，修改的内容将在本中心内部张贴十五（15）日作为对会员的告知。The centre and members have duty to observe this agreement the center may modify this agreement because of conditions such as government law changes and the alteration of industry standards revised content will be posted in the center in fifteen days
第二章 经营及管理Running and management
第三条：本中心所有经营，管理等营运规章制度依本公司董事会决议或授权行使。The Running ,management and servicer rules of this center are all based on decisions made by company board of directors.
第三章 会员之权利与义务 Membership rights ,rules and regulations
会员的权利
第四条：会员根据自身会籍类型的不同，享有使用既定本中心服务与各种由本中心提供的专业服务的权利。“专业服务”将包括但不限于初始体质测评、后续体质测评（另行付费）、健康顾问、各类运动器材使用、各类课程参加等，视情况而定，本公司和本中心有权不时颁布，修改服务及课程内容。会员有权自行选择当时公布的有效的专业服务和课程内容，但是未使用专业服务和/或未参加课程不得减少会员支付的购卡价格（如此协议第六所定义）。The members have right to enjoy club’s established service .and other special services according to their membership type.“Special services”include but are not limited to body composition measurements ,follow_up body composition measurements (separate payment).health advice ,using all kinds motion equipment ,attending different classes and courses Our company and center have right to revises,classes and course content depending on different situations .The member is entitled to choose a special service or course which is available at that time ,but non use of services/or no participation in a course can not reduce member card payments (see rule six)
第五条：在一些特别情况下，例如出差，休假等，会员可将会籍时间临时冻结一月以上（不计会籍时间），但需遵循以下规定：Under some special situations ,for instance ,being on a business trip,taking holiday and so on,the member can break/hole membership time for more than one month but members must abide by the following regulations putting memberships on hold:
1. 会员必须本人至会所办理会员资格冻结手续。Members must go to club personally to
break/hold membership.2会员资格冻结手续必须事前办理，不得事后补办。Members must inform the club in advance of their membership break/hold ,requests after the break will not be entertained .3,会员资格冻结手续一年卡以上会员才能办理，冻结周期分别为一个月，二个月和三个月，不得破月办理。Only one-year card member or above can break/hold a membership the break period should be continuous and is limited to one month ,two months and three months.4.会员资格冻结手续办理时根据暂停时支付10元/月暂停费。Members should pay 10 Yuan/month fee when
breaking/holding their memberships.Members are not use membership cards during this period.5，会员资格冻结期在每一会籍年度累积最长不得超过三个月。Membership break/hold time cannot exceed three months in total in every membership year.6.会员资格冻结时限到期后，会员资格将自动恢复，并开始计算会籍时间。After finishing break/hold time ,membership will be reinstated and is calculates as membership time.7.女会员因怀孕可享受连续12个月的会员资格免费冻结。但必须事前持有效证明至会所亲自办理。Pregnant Female members can enjoy a free break/hold period continuous for up to12months.But members must go to club in advance with an effective certificate .8.会员在冻结期内不得使用俱乐部（包括不得使用私人教练课程），如果提前使用，会员冻结期即日启动，并视为完整结束。During the break/hold period .members cannot use any equipments or courses(including sessions).if members use these ahead,The break/hold time break will be looked upon an entirely over.
第六条：除一年卡以上会员外，会员不得将会籍转让给他人。Members can not transfers memberships to other person except a 1-year card.会员会籍转让必须遵循以下规定 To transfer a r membership members must abide by the following regulations:
1. 会员卡必须在会籍启动后转让，且只可转让一次，受让者不得再次转让。A membership
can only be transferred after starting the membership ,the membership can only be transferred once .and additional transfer requests will be refused
2. 转让手续费为购卡价格（如本条定义，如为升级则需加上相关合约的购卡价格）的15%。
A transfer fee is 15% of the paid card price is charged for a transfer of membership
3. 家庭卡（合约上注明可以转让的卡种）必须整户按原址转让，接受人由会员自行寻找。
Family cards (as the contract indicates “can be transferred”)Members must find a family to transfer the card to by themselves.
4. 被转让人不享有转让人购卡时享有的的特殊优惠，包括但不限于赠劵，更衣箱等。
“购卡合计价格”指会员在获得会员卡时支付的一次性费用，如同此协议文首列明的由会员支付的各项费用的合计，包括会籍服务费，初始制卡费，体质评测费，礼品费，健康顾问等。Transferees can not enjoy any special preferential treatments such as gift coupons ,lockers etc “the total price of card ”means the fee that members pay for the membership card at one time ,as the price listed at the head of this agreement ,includes membership service.lnitial system card fee,body composition measurements ,gift fees ,health advice etc
