一、文章框架
1. 开门见山说明因何事道歉，表达歉意；

三、常用句型
1. 表达歉意：
I am writing to apologize for…/ say sorry for/ give my apology for/ express my regret at
being unable to…/ Kindly excuse me for my not being able to…/ I am indeed very sorry for what I said/did, but believe I had no intention to …/ Please forgive me for a stupid choice of words./ Please accept my apologies for my oversight/ absence.
2. 解释原因：
I will be very grateful if you are kind to listen to my explanation./ I feel awfully sorry about it and want you know what happened./ I sincerely hope you can understand that I offended you unintentionally.
3. 补救措施：
I would appreciate your allowing me to…( make another appoint )/ I sincerely hope the
settlement of the matter will meet your wishes.
4. 再次致歉，请求谅解
I assure you that such a matter will never happen again./ Once again, I’m sorry for any
inconvenience caused/you have sustained./ I do hope that you can understand my situation and accept my apology.
写作示例：
A ：书面表达
