在经济迅速发展的时代,团队得到重视,也得到很多中小型企业的广泛应用,越来越多的企业以团队为基础的工作方式已经取得深远的效果。鉴于此,本文首先分析了团队的定义和构成要素、团队管理的定义;其次分析了团队管理的类型、特点、重要性和团队管理发展的五个阶段;然后指出现阶段团队管理中存在的一系列问题,团队成员之间的沟通问题、授权方面的问题、人力资源建设方面的问题等;最后针对团队管理中存在的问题从优化团队建设的途径、正确处理团队冲突和有效激励团队这三个方面进行分析和解释。以期对企业组建高效团队有所帮助和启示。
Abstract:With the accelerated development of the economic society, team has not only been paid more attention, but also be widely applied in many small and medium-sized enterprises(SME). More and more businesses which based on team-working have made a profound effect. In view of this, the paper firstly deals with the definition and the constituent elements of the team, the definition of the team management. Secondly it analyzes the types, characteristics, importance of the team management and also designs the five stages from its development. Then point out a series of potential problems existing in modern management, the problems of communication among team members, authorization issues and the aspects of human resources(HR) development. Finally aimed at analyzing the existing problems in team management from three parts: the ways of optimizing the team building, handle the conflicts of the team correctly and motivate the team-working effectively. Consequently, hopefully it can be of great enlightenment and inspiration for enterprises to set up effective teams.
