气象传真机的操作规程
TYPE ：JRC/JAX-9A
一．接收频率的设定。
For example, a frequency of 7305 kHz of the JMH can be set as follows:
例如, JMH 台的7305 kHz 的频率可以按下列方法设定:
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press CLR button..
按 CLR 按钮。
3. Press 7 3 0 5 0 key.
按数字键 7 3 0 5 0 。
二．接收频率的登记。
(1) Registering reception frequencies for automatic frequency selection (Ex. 1)
This example registers JMH frequencies to channel group 00.
为自动频率选择而登记接收频率（例1）。该例将JMH 的频率登记到00 组。
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press CLR button.
按 CLR 按钮。
3. Press 0 - 9 numeric keys to enter a frequency of
3622.5kHz.
按数字键 0 - 9 来输入频率 3622.5 kHz。
4. Press ENT button.
按 ENT 按钮。
5. Press 0 - 9 numeric keys to enter a frequency of
7305.0kHz.
按数字键 0 - 9 来输入频率 7305.0 kHz.
6. Press ENT button.
按 ENT 按钮。
7. Repeat the above steps 3 to 6 to register the remaining frequencies.
重复上述 3 到 6 的步骤来登记剩下的频率。
8. Press ENT ENT ENT button to leave channel 07 08 09
unregistered.
按 ENT ENT ENT 按钮使 07 08 09 频道不登记。
（2） Registering reception frequencies for automatic frequency selection (Ex.2)
This example register JMH frequencies to channel group 30.
为自动频率选择而登记接收频率（例2）。该例将JMH 的频率到30 组。
1． Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2． Press CLR button. To clear the data on the LCD.
按 CLR 按钮来清除液晶屏上的数据。
3． Press numeric keys 0 - 9 to enter a frequency of
3622.5kHz.
按数字键 0 - 9 来输入频率 3622.5kHz。
4． Press CH button to set the channel set mode.
按 CH 按钮来设置频道方式。
5． Press numeric keys 3 and 1 in this order to enter the channel
number 31.
按数字键 3 和 1 来输入频道号码31。
6． Press ENT button to register the entered frequency to channel 31.
按 ENT 按钮把输入的频率登记到 31 频道。
7． Press numeric key 0 - 9 to enter a frequency of 7305.0kHz.
按数字键 0 - 9 来登记频率7305.0kHz 。
8． Press ENT button to register the entered frequency to channel 32.
按 ENT 按钮把输入的频率登记到 32 频道。
9． Repeat the above steps 2 to 6 to register the remaining
frequencies.
重复上述 2 到 6 步 登记剩下的频率。
10．Press ENT ENT ENT button to leave channel 37,38,39 unregistered.
按 ENT ENT ENT 按钮使 37,38,39 频道不登记。
(3) Registering receiving frequencies when the Automatic Frequency Selection
function is not
Used (Ex.1).
The method of registering receiving frequency without need for the use of the CH
button.
不使用自动频率选择功能时，接收频率的登记 （例1）
不使用 CH 按钮进行登记接收频率的方法。
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press CLR button to clear the data on the LCD.
按 CLR 按钮来清除 LCD 上的数据。
3. Press numeric keys 3 6 2 2 and 5 to enter a
frequency of 3622.5kHz.
按数字键 3 6 2 2 和 5 来输入3622.5kHz 的频率。
4. Press ENT button to register the entered frequency to channel
01.
按 ENT 按钮把输入的频率登记到 01 频道。
5. Repeat the above steps 3 and 4 . The channel number is automatically
incremented.
重复上述第 3 和第 4 步骤， 使频道号码自动增加。
(4) Registering reception frequencies When the Automatic Frequency Selection
function is not used (Ex.2).
The method of registering receiving frequency with need for the use of the CH
Button.
不使用自动频率选择功能时，接收频率的登记。
使用 CH 按钮来登记接收频率的方法。
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press CLR button to clear the data on the LCD.
按 CLR 按钮来清除屏上的数据。
3. Press numeric keys 0 - 9 to enter a frequency of
3622.5kHz.
按数字键 0 - 9 来输入频率3622.5kHz 。
4. Press CH button to set the Channel Set mode.
按 CH 按钮来设置频道设置方式。
5. Press numeric keys 3 1 to enter the channel number 31.
按数字键 3 1 来输入频道号码31。
6. Press ENT button to register the entered frequency to the
channel 31.
按 ENT 按钮把输入的频率登记到31 频道。
7. Press numeric keys 0 - 9 to enter a frequency of
7305.0kHz.

8. Press CH button to set the Channel Set Mode.
按 CH 按钮来设置频道设置方式。
9． Press numeric keys 4 1 to enter the channel number.
按数字键 4 1 来输入频道号码。
10. Press ENT button to register the entered frequency to channel 41.
按 ENT 按钮把输入的频率登记到41 频道。
11. Repeat the above steps 7 and 8 to register another frequency to the next
channel.
重复上述第7 和第8 步骤把另一频率登记到下一个频道。
三．调出已登记的频率。
（1） Calling a registered frequency when the Automatic Frequency Selection function is used. This example calls one of JMH frequency stored in
memory.
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press MO button to set the memory out mode.
按 MO 按钮来设置储存器输出方式。
3. Press numeric keys 0 0 in this order to call the group
channel 00.
The frequencies belonging to the channel group 00 are displayed in sequence from
the beginning.
按数字键 0 0 来调出00 频道组。
属于00 频道组的频率从开始按序被显示。
（2） Calling a registered frequency when the Automatic Frequency Selection function is not used . This example calls a frequency channel 01.
不使用自动频率选择功能时，调出已登记的频率。该例调出01频道的频率。
1．Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2．Press MO button to set the memory out mode.
3. Press numeric keys 0 and 1 in this order to call the frequency
channel 01.
按数字键 0 和 1 来调出01 频道的频率。
4．Repeat the above step 3 to call the registered frequencies in
sequence.
重复上述第 3 步按顺序调出所登记的频率。
四．传真接收方式的设定。
(一). 自动接收方式的设置。
In this mode, the JAX-9A automatically receives facsimile broadcasting signals on
a selected channel. Take steps below to set the AUTO reception mode.
用这种方式，JAX-9A 传真机自动在被选择的频道上接收传真信号。采用下列步骤来
设置 AUTO 接收方式。
1. Press POWER switch on the rear.
按传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2. Press MO CLR button and numeric
keys 0 - 9 to set the reception frequency.
按 MO CLR 按钮和数字键 0 - 9 来
设置接收频率。
3. Press MAN button to change the reception mode from MANU to AUTO (When “MANU” is displayed on the top of the first line of
the LCD).
按 MANU 按钮把接收方式从人工转到自动方式 （当
“ MANU ” 显示在屏上第一行时）。
4. With this step, the AUTO receiving mode is set.
When receiving a START signal, the JAX-9A automatically sets the IOC and the scanning speed, matches phases and starts to record the facsimile
signal.
When receiving a STOP signal, the JAX-9A stops recording,
feeds the paper to the cutter position, and stops.
To stop recording halfway, press the MANU button
twice. “Waiting start signal” appears on the LCD. When you press
the MANU button once, the MANU receiving mode is set. The JAX-9A
detects a similarity signal and start recording again.
到了这一步， 就设置好了自动接收方式。
当收到启动信号时，传真机自动设置IOC 和扫描速度，匹配相位并开始记
录传真信号。
当收到停止信号时，传真机停止记录，把记录纸送到切割器并停止。 中途要停止记录，按 MANU 按钮两次, “Waiting start signal” 出现在荧光屏上。当按 MANU 按钮一次， 人工接收方式被设置。传真机检
测到类似的信号并重新记录。
（二） 人工接收方式的设置程序
１．Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置上。
２．Press MAN button to change the reception mode from AUTO to MANU (When “WAITS FOR START SIGNAL” is displayed on the top of the first line of the LCD).
When this MAN button is pressed, the MANU reception mode is set . 按 MAN 按钮把接收方式从自动改到手动（当 “WAITS FOR START SIGNAL” 显示在
屏上第一行时）。 当按下 MAN 按钮时，人工接收方式被设置。
３．Select a scanning density (288 or 576) by pressing the IOC button.. 288
and 576 appears alternately each time the IOC button is pressed. 通过按 IOC 按钮来选择扫描密度（288或576）。 IOC 按钮每按一次288 和576
将交替出现。
４．Select a scanning speed (60, 90,120 or 240) by pressing the SCAN button.
The scanning speed changes in the order of 60, 90, 120 and 240 each time
the SCAN button is pressed.
通过按 SCAN 按钮来选择扫描速度（60，90，120 或240）。 SCAN 按钮每被
按一次，扫描速度就按60，90，120和240依次改变一次。
5. Set a reception frequency by
pressing MO CLR button and numeric keys 0 - 9 or: l Set a reception frequency by calling a group channel (for automatic
frequency selection), by calling a frequency channel.
l This example calls a group channel.
通过按 MO CLR 按钮和数字键 0 - 9 来设置接收频率或： l 通过调出频道组（为自动频率选择），或调出频道来设置接收频率。
6. With this step, the JAX-9A is ready for MANU receiving. l When receiving a START signal or a similarity signal in this status,
the JAX-9A starts to record the facsimile signal.
l When receiving a STOP signal, the JAX-9A stops recording. l To recording halfway, press the MAN b utton once. “Waiting
start signal” appears on the LCD.
到了这一步，传真机为人工接收做好了准备。
l 在这种状态下，当收到启动信号或类似的信号时，传真机开始记录传真信
号。
l 当收到停止信号时， 传真机停止记录。
l 中途要停止记录，按 MAN 按钮一次。 屏上出现 “Waiting start
signal”。
（三） 强制记录操作的设置
１． Press # and MAN button in this order. The JAX-9A starts recording and show “#REC” on the LCD. (In this case, phase
matching has not been completed.)
按 # 和 MAN 按钮，传真机开始记录并在荧屏上显示 “#REC”。（在这种
情况下，相位匹配还没有完成。）
２． Press the FEED button and check where the phase signal (or similarity signal) is recorded. Use the scale having divisions 1 to 31
to read the position.
按 FEED 按钮并检查相位信号（或类似信号）是否有记录。（使用1 到31`的刻度来
读出相位的位置。
３． Press the PH button.
按 PH 按钮。
４． Enter the phase signal recording position (scale value) in the “PH” entry field. For example, the phase signal is recorded on scale division
23, press 2 and 3 in this order.
在 “PH” 输入区输入相位信号所在的位置（刻度值）。
５． Press ENT button. Phase matching is completed
and “PH=” disappears.
按 ENT 按钮，相位匹配被完成, “PH=” 消失。
To stop recording, press the # and REC buttons again in this order.
要停止记录， 按顺序再按 # 和 REC 按钮。
(三). 定时接收方式
1. 时间的设定
1). Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2). Press CLOCK button. The present time appears on the LCD. The time is
always represented in the 24-hour system.
按 CLOCK 按钮。现在的时间出现在荧屏上。 时间总是按24小时制表示。
3). Enter a time later than the present time by entering a value in an underlined
column by numeric keys 0 – 9
用数字键 0 - 9 在有下画线的栏内输入比现在的时间稍早一点的时间。
4). Press ENT button immediately when your standard time
tells the entered time. the built-in timer starts.
当时间到了你输入的时间时立即按 ENT 按钮，内部的计时开始。
5). Press CLOCK button to reset the Time Set Mode. The AUTO or MANU
reception mode returns.
按 CLOCK 按钮使时间设置方式复位，变成自动或人工接收方式。
2． 定时接收方式的设置
1). Press POWER switch on the rear.
将传真机背面上的 POWER 开关打到 ON 的位置。
2). Press MAN button to change the reception mode from MANU to AUTO
(when the MANU mode is set).
按 MAN 按钮把人工接收方式改成自动方式（当传真机被设置为人工方式
时）。
3). Press PROG button to set the program mode.
按 PROG 按钮以设置编程方式。
4). Press numeric key 1 to enter a program channel. The “CH=1” appears
on the LCD.
按数字键 1 以输入程序的频道。 “CH=1”出现在荧屏上。
5). Press ENT button to register the entered channel and the underline
moves to the next entry column (Start time entry).
按 ENT 按钮以登记所输入的频道并且下划线移动到下一栏（启动时间栏）。
6). Press numeric keys 0 - 9 (such as 12:05) to set the start time
12:05.
按数字键 0 - 9 （如12：05）来设置启动时间12：05。
7). Press ENT button to register the entered start time and the underline
moves to the next entry column (Stop Time entry).
按 ENT 按钮以登记所输入的启动时间并且下划线移动到下一栏（停止时间
栏）。
8). Press numeric keys 0 - 9 (such as 12:30) to set the stop time
12：30 .
按数字键 0 - 9 （如12：30）来设置停止时间12：30。
9). Press ENT button to register the entered stop time and the underline
moves to the next entry column (Reception Frequency entry).
按 ENT 按钮来登记所输入的停止时间并且下划线移动到下一栏（接收频率
栏）。
10) Press numeric keys 0 - 9 to enter a receiving frequency or enter a group channel when you are going to use the Automatic Frequency Selection function or a frequency channel when you are not going to use the Automatic
Frequency Selection function.
(Example: ‘To enter a group channel 00, press the 0 button twice.)
按数字键 0 - 9 来输入一个接收频率或
当你准备使用自动频率选择功能时，输入一个频道组或
当你不准备使用自动频率选择功能时，输入一个频道。
11). Press ENT button to registered the entered group channel and the
underline moves to the next entry column (IOC).
按 ENT 按钮来登记所输入的频道组并且下划线移动到下一栏（IOC ）。
12). Press MAN button to enter the AUTO receiving mode .
按 MAN 按钮来输入自动接收方式。
13). Press ENT button to set the AUTO receiving mode and the underline
moves to the next entry column (Halftone Recording entry).
按 ENT 按钮来设置设置自动接收方式并且下划线移动到下一栏（半音调记录
栏）。
14) Press ENT button to skip the item of Halftone Recording entry.
按 ENT 按钮以跳过半音调栏这一项。
15) Press PROG button, The JAX-9A stores all the entered programs
and returns to the normal reception status.
16) 按 PROG 按钮，传真机储存所有的程序并返回到正常接收状态。
