高压子母叶片泵的设计
摘 要
众所周知,叶片泵因具有体积小,重量轻和流量脉动小等优点而被广泛运用到许多领域。本设计是基于用于行走设备的威格士单泵20VQ 而设计的高压子母叶片泵。本设计通过讨论分析多种定子曲线,并最终选定等加速等减速曲线为定子的最优过渡曲线; 通过采用双金属挠性侧板,在提高抗咬合性的同时使泵工作更可靠、效率更高;通过采用叶片倾角为零度的设计使叶片受力状况最佳; 在考虑流体可压缩性的情况下,通过在配流盘上采用预升压闭死角及变过流截面阻尼和定过流截面阻尼的复合来消除配流时的油击现象,提高子母叶片泵流量均匀性;通过采用叶片顶部带有圆弧的单面后倾叶片,及合适的圆弧半径来改善叶片与定子之间的接触应力;加之对其它结构的改良,最终设计出振动小、噪声低等性能好的高压子母叶片泵。

Abstract
It is well known that vane pump possess many advantages such as little size, light weight and homogeneity of discharge and is used in many field. This design of High Pressure Intra-Vane Type Pump base on single 20 VQ, Vickers for mobile equipment .In the design of the stator transition curve ,The acceleration curve as the best cure is used to the stator transition through analyzing various curves. And the use of the bimetallic flexible side plates make the pump have superior resistance to seizure, at the same time, make it highly reliable and efficient. In order to make the vane be in an optimal state of force action, the heeling angle of the vane is chosen to be zero. In the case of considering compressibility of fluid , The pre —loading process and the complex silencing grooves of variable area silencing grooves and invariable area silencing grooves were used on port plate to avoid the phenomenon of pressure pulsations .In order to improve the contact reaction-force between vane and stator, the vane’s shape is adopted which is one side and heeling toward back and whose tip is an arc whose radius is appropriate. In addition, the other structure of the High Pressure Intra-Vane Type Pump is also improved to make it have better function such as low noise and small vibration.
