摘 要
中国加入世界贸易组织以后,外贸经营权逐步放开,越来越多的中小型外贸企业应运而生。随着中国中小型外贸企业的队伍日益壮大,竞争也趋于激烈。它们在面临发展机遇的同时,还要接受更大的挑战。在这样的背景之下,作为中小型外贸企业如何根据自身的特点,选择适宜的发展战略,提高核心竞争力,从而在国际市场上站稳脚跟,进一步谋求发展和繁荣就显得十分关键。本论文提出了中小型外贸企业这一事物的概念、类别、特征,对其外部环境和内部条件进行了分析,并指出其存在问题的原因。同时根据中小型外贸企业的特点,进一步分析目前外贸行业的竞争态势,企业发展所面临的机会、威胁,及自身的主要优势、劣势,从而提出中国的中小型外贸企业应制订适宜的发展战略,包括从专业化经营战略起步,逐步建立品牌化战略,并进一步开展国际化经营战略。

Abstract
When China’s entry into WTO,Chinese government had broadened the scope of application for the registration system of import and export right
progressively .Large quantities of small—meddle —size foreign trade enterprises emerge with the tide of me times.Because the team of Chinese small—meddle —size foreign trade enterprises is growing stronger ,competition is getting even fiercer in this case,it is very essential for these foreign trading companies to choose suitable developing strategy,to enhance their core ability of competition,to find their right position in me world market ,and to search for further development and property based on their characteristics .This thesis brings the concept ,category a11d characteristic of the small—middle —size foreign trade enterprises.It analyzes their condition factors outside a11d inside in order to point out the essence of the issue.In the meanwhile this thesis adopts the common analysis of corporation strategy—Five Competitive Forces & SWOT ,according to the characteristics of these enterprises,to pick out enterprise’s strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),threats(T),and put forward the suitable development strategies for small一medium —size foreign trade enterprises,beginning from product specialization strategy,then establishing brand strategy and enforcing international operation strategy further.
